My only issue is with the personal shoppers. My first experience was/is awful she is unreliable, untrustworthy and full of excuses. Will never be using said shopper again. Still have yet to receive my items and it’s been almost 4 weeks. Likely filing a charge back. Crazy we spend money for this yet can’t simple send items out in a timely manner.

Some great perks

My biggest complaint is that I had 2 separate shopper requests from 2 approved shoppers. I prepaid for one - the shopper was unable to fulfill the request and had to refund me after a couple of weeks and messages requesting updates. The second - kept getting sick and never responded to my last follow up and never fulfilled the request. I was never charged for the 2nd bag, but disappointed I am "offered pick ups" with this membership, but my attempts to request and utilize pick ups by the current shoppers did not pan out. :( I did learn a lot from the group and I enjoyed seeing the drops as soon as they were happening, the trusted lf sellers and potential discounts available on the vip site. But at $120 a year and not being able to utilize the park pick up perk which was the biggest selling point for me, isn't worth continuing my membership at this time.

A great club for Loungefly Lovers!

Loungefly VIP is a great way to get notifications on VIP released items and amazing giveaways! I've most certainly enjoyed the VIP Club, and I highly recommended!
